Because a human can react with the symptoms of skin rashes, nose and chest issues (called wheezing breath), and this is called Cold Allergens or Allergies! Cold allergies will cause generalized fatigue and a decrease in learning ability. Cold allergies will also turn you into a moron, if no one is around to assist you. Hives can form (red itch spots) on the skin when you encounter the cold temperatures (called cold urticaria) which is triggered by any rapid cooling weather. Please be extremely careful around Cold Water during the next 72 hours. Check your Blood Pressure. Try exercising to reduce tightness in the chest and to avoid "Anaphylactic Shock."
