As a military child who's Dad served in the United States Airforce out of New Orleans as a Military Police Officer, Airspace Operations are a necessary tool after a Hurricane. Especially since there were 3 Hurricane's in the Caribbean's over the weekend. Flights that are scheduled June 1 through November 30 must under go certain procedures to prepare the public with latitude/longitude points due to affected facilities impacted by the Hurricanes. In the event a missioned operation or unscheduled mission is not listed due to a hurricane reconnaissance, a flight is subjected to receive priority for hurricane and customer teleconferences. Remember to stay abreast of travel at least 1-2 hours prior to departure times and remain in the zones during this dreadful Hurricane season! Remember sound waves are an important communication device for forecasting or generating weather thousands of miles away during Hurricane season. The eyes of the storms can be measured by the winds and water using infrasound signals called microbaroms. Just ask all of the Retired People of Hurricanes! #hurricanesafety

In the State of Colorado, grandchildren are valued like fine historical wine, like the reconstruction of landscaping, like the redevelopment of eye-sored property! Why Grandchildren? Because grandchildren in the Colorado Indian Country are rich with heritage and clues to lead you to unknown language nativity only proprietary to the storyteller and the elders do not want to share. In the photo above, a flower is placed in the woman hair for Hurricane Publicity. Does anyone know why? The flower is a orchid and it is a wonderful secret to why after a Hurricane one must be prepared to transform the publicity into news media that projects positive energies of informing the public that reflect a joint effort to either travel through the Caribbean's later or generate a joint effort to research operational procedures. The activities of the Department of Commerce, Defense, and Transportation are all credited agencies that assist with Hurricane Preparedness. Always check with the following agencies for distributions of releases after the storm! #hurricanesafety as a Colorado Alumni of the State!
A dog has many noses when it comes to smell! My maternal family were farmers and the Department of Agriculture works well with the meteorologists that provide services and research support today. As a National Weather Ambassador for NOAA, social media is an effort to educate or deliver insight to help discussions on the efforts of a Weather-Ready Nation. Many deaths are caused due to Hurricane unpreparedness because of the vulnerabilities of citizens. Remember to always work with your Federal Coordinators in Maryland if communications have been distressed.
Remember there are several Hurricane Advisories in effect! Hurricane Fred ~ Cape Verde Island Hurricane Jimena ~ Category 4 Hurricane IGNACIO ~ stay abreast of the forecast in Honolulu, Hawaii Now for the New York weather the your local reporters broadcast every morning, Hot~Hot~Hot! All week the temperatures during the day will be in the 90 degree range until Friday. Make sure you stay on top of your tires if you drive because the temperatures at night for the next 4 days will be in the 70's. Have a #summersafety day! According to the National Weather Service, New York City will experience sunny skies today with a fair temperature of 83 degrees right now. Partly sunny skies will lead to at least 89 degrees today with southwest winds of 7 to 9 mph. Tonight the lows will be 72 degrees with continued clouds. What about the dry weather today? Well at 4:33 am regional weather has high pressure which causes dry weather. Make sure your make up is tight today ladies! Or gents! Humidity increases when high pressure shifts East! Tomorrows morning dew reports, okay!
But what about the Hurricane? At 11:00 am AST time a Public Advisory #3 has been announced for Cape Verde Islands ~ called Tropical Storm Fred! Boy more people causing disturbances in our cyclonic formation! A Hurricane Warning is in effect for the next 24 hours. Please protect your life and your property. It is predicted that large tropical waves will surge and cause flooding due to the storm. 3 to 5 inches of rain is expected to accumulate, which again can lead to life-threatening flash flooding and mudslides. Remember #hurricanesafety today and every day! At 2:00 PDT today, a public advisory went into affect naming Hurricane Jimena a Category 4 with maximum sustained winds at 140 mph. This Hurricane is expected through Monday. The next update on this Hurricane is at 8:00pm PDT so stay tune to your local meteorologist!
Hurricane Ignacio is located in the Caribbean area! Wow! Three Hurricanes at once! Boy is God mad! Sustained winds are at 135 mph as of 2pm HST. Hurricane Ignacio is a Category 4!! The hazards affecting the Hawaii area will be within the next several days! The zones of the Hurricane Local Statements are: Kona including, Kailua-Kona, Milolii South Big Island- including South Point, Pahala Big Island North and East - including Hilo, Volcano, Honokaa, Kamuelaa Kohala - including Waikoloa Big Island Interior - including Bradshaw Field, Saddle Road above 5000 feet Big Island Summits - including mauna Loa and Mauna Kea above 8000 feet Make sure all furniture, loose garage cans, and other items are secure and have plenty of supplies on hand in case of a power outage. If you live near the shore be prepared to evacuate due to surf build ups that threaten safety. Stay calm and listen for warnings to make informed decisions by closely monitoring NOAA weather radio or other local news outlets. #hurricanesafety madness Hurricane Erika has knocked out social media and for all of those communities that invested in disruptive device that means it is a bummer! You do not have a way to communicate due to technology. Who was this mastermind that drive change to a new revolution without a back plan. With any devastation or disastrous condition ~ remember First Responders first that put there lives out on the line to make sure you are safe. Then assess the storm surge damage before, during , and after a Hurricane due to the abnormal rise in water. Not only are Hurricanes depressing, but Hurricanes have destructive winds, heavy heavy rains, and lots of flooding that leads to power outages, broken gas lines, and deprivation of our precious element ~ Water! To increase your chances for survival during and after the Hurricane make sure structures, erosions, roofing debris are extremely secure. Because Hurricanes like to grab death along the inland coastal areas ~ leave and find relatives and friends away from the coastal lines. #hurricanesafety
After the Hurricane, continue to listen to a NOAA Weather Radio if you have access for local news and updates. If you managed to evacuate the area, especially inland, please return home and be careful of fallen debris, electrical wires, weakened walls, bridges, roads and sidewalks. While inside of the home make sure you check for loose power lines, gas leaks and structural damage. Remember, First And Foremost MAKE SURE THE AREA HAS BEEN DECLARED SAFE ~~ Your First Responders of Course!! Never use a generator to get by, carbon monoxide poisoning is the number one leading causes of death after a Hurricane. Use battery powered EVERYTHING! Remember #hurricanesafety and your National Weather Ambassadors! It is somewhat chilly this morning due the air that advances behind cold air at night to get redirected into a warm push of air during the day~~what happens - Moisture! Clouds! And mostly warm air! Bummer! Fall will soon be here like the Mr. Hurricane and be Weather Ready is Your Force Of Nature to become resilient for science and society. Note: When global climate changes occur in our society, the earth determines energy that is transferred from the sun to the earth's surface. What does that mean? It means that the energy that is transferred is influenced by dynamic processes like cloud development and as the earth rotates. This causes static conditions in our society that affect mountain ranges and oceans. To become resilient to today is to understand why geochemical cycles occur and the importance it places in the weather for your society ~ especially if you are old and in need of medicine. Movements of matter between reservoirs are driven by the earth's internal and external sources of energy that are often accompanied by change in the physical and chemical properties of matter. What? Carbon forms in rocks such as limestone, atmospheric carbon dioxide gas and water (as it dissolves the carbon dioxide gas). These organisms are complex but important to why clouds are in control of your today chemistry for life to exist and humans to generate the much needed pharmaceutical drugs today. Remember to embrace cold fronts especially in the Fall, Winter, and Spring months with Mr. Sun.
For Todays Forecast: Today, no worries! Sunny skies with a high near 81 degrees. If you plan to fly a kite and not a drone, the winds will be between 7 and 9 mph. For tonight however, you are looking at a low of 64 degrees. You might want to prepare yourself for a light jacket or poncho. Have a #summersafety day! Bummer! It is back to school and the skies are still sunny. Children have to sit inside a classroom and watch the sun as they daydream outside the classroom window! Wow! Today it will be high in the 80 degree range with winds 8 to 10 mph in case you are playing kickball on the playground parents/teachers. Currently, it is 73 degrees.
Enjoy the rest of the summer everyone! #summersafety My computer has been down for a few days and it is unfortunate due to back to school. However, I still have my National Ocean And Atmospheric Administration Radio To Telephone TV News Reporters in case there is an unreported alert. I am still with you! According to the National Weather Service there are high fire dangers that will continue in the West. Please be mindful of hot, dry, and breezy conditions that could lead to wildfires. As you know, numerous wildfires are still burning in the West regions and dense smoke is causing the air we breathe to become dense. There is a Red Flag Warning and Air Quality Alert in effect!
What does this Red Flag Warning Mean? For Californians, if you are in the Southern area of the state there is an urgency expected! Why California everyone? Because School began early. And because water is important nutrition, school children must keep bottle water on hand due to the drought conditions. For New Yorkers! Today T-storms (again!) Overcast exist this morning (partly Fog) with high of 86 degrees. Tonight low 67 degrees. If you are still enjoying the summer and you are visiting the beach today, there are 3 Water Safety Rules to remember: 1. Don't Swim Alone ~ make sure lifeguards are in sight. 2. If you get caught in a rip current-YELL FOR HELP AND WAVE YOUR HANDS (if you are in swallow water) 3. Always use a flotation device in the water, especially if you can not swim. 4. If you see someone in trouble call 9-1-1, do not jump in to save the person (or throw a life jacket, a ball, or some type of floating device out into the water). Hurricane Danny has arrived and his "eye" is located within the Atlantic-Caribean Sea - Gulf of Mexico. Wow! It wasn't just a tropical storm after all. At 5 am AST this morning there was a public advisory in the area of Leeward Islands. Hurricane Danny has sustained winds of about 85 MPH . If you are within the area of Leeward Islands stay abreast of the alerts and monitor the progress of Hurricane Danny. Although "Danny" is considered a small talk with the universe the forecast outlook states that "Danny" will strengthen and by Saturday "The Eye" of Danny will weaken. What will we learn about the effects of a hurricane and how the hazards affect the lands after "The Eye" leaves? Well, let's take a brief walk down the road of "science and society" the ecosystems.
If you already returned back to school, hurricane preparedness will be a helpful tool in understanding how and why the impact of "Hurricane Danny" has delivered a profound effect on your environment. Homes and communities defoliate due to the dramatic structural changes within the wooded ecosystems. What? Animals get killed, changes in habitat and food availability become affected due to the high winds, storm surges, and intense rainfall. So what to do when a storm destroys your necessary society? Of course, no school! So while at home you prepare for the unknown like: Having Drinking Water On Hand (One Gallon Per Person)~children, nursing mothers, and babies on infant formula will need more. Don't Forget Food Handling Safety! Make sure you store extra water in case your water pipes break! Store Non-persihable Foods ~ for at least three to seven days Baby Needs First Aid Kit Non-Prescription Drugs Prescription Drugs Clothing and Bedding Entertainment (Of Course) Miscellaneous (ex: batteries or wind-up, camping utensils, GPS Compass, Cash, and a Emergency Preparedness Manual) Now remember to be weather-ready and a force of nature! #summersafety |
