Who was this mastermind that drive change to a new revolution without a back plan. With any devastation or disastrous condition ~ remember First Responders first that put there lives out on the line to make sure you are safe. Then assess the storm surge damage before, during , and after a Hurricane due to the abnormal rise in water. Not only are Hurricanes depressing, but Hurricanes have destructive winds, heavy heavy rains, and lots of flooding that leads to power outages, broken gas lines, and deprivation of our precious element ~ Water! To increase your chances for survival during and after the Hurricane make sure structures, erosions, roofing debris are extremely secure. If you managed to evacuate the area, especially inland, please return home and be careful of fallen debris, electrical wires, weakened walls, bridges, roads and sidewalks.
