The social media weather stations was interrupted due to unlawful activity which hindered reports for First Responders to perform their duties..... Why were these perpetrators unlawfully integrating into my social media accounts? I do not know! As a result of two Journalist being killed while on duty almost a month ago, concerns for my safety put a halt on weather alerts that are vital to life and our existence in today's world. The definition of nuisance is to take legal action to redress harm arising from the use of one's property. One being a public nuisance and another being a private nuisance. The private nuisance was address and is still a pending matter in Newark, NJ. The public nuisance interfered stemmed out of a workplace violence problem a year ago which lea to an actual TRESPASS to physically invade my property. A public nuisance is a criminal wrong and is an act or omission that obstructs, damages, and inconveniences the rights to the community~in my case my social community as well.

Climate Predictions
During drought season forecasters give probabilities of observed temperatures for the upcoming days using a range of possible categories in below (B) normal (N) or above (A) . The categories define climatology and the coldest years, middle years, and warmest years. A graphical map is then shaded to indicate the degree of confidence the forecaster has placed to the category indicated. If precipitation is observed during the drought season, then the climatology shade a map to indicate the degree of confidence. Why tell you these things? Because on September 10th, there was an ENSO Alert listing an El Nino Advisory for the Winter 2015-16. The importance of the sea surface temperature during the late fall/early winter predicts models of El Nino in our Northern Hemisphere for spring 2016 (where WATER is of importance). Precipitation impacts hurricanes which funds institutions through the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). If you are interested in El Nino/La Nina Current Conditions and Expert Discussions email a message to: [email protected] or ENSO blog.
